  1. I understand that my deposit is a non-refundable payment and therefore cannot be refunded if for some reason you are unable to attend the workshop and need to cancel. In the event that your reservation is canceled your deposit can be applied to a future workshop date. If final payment is not received by the due dates set forth by our studio for each workshop then I understand that I am forfeiting my deposit and my reservation is canceled. If payment has been received within the terms stated and for some reason beyond your control you are unable to attend then the non-deposit portion of your tuition would be refunded less a $35 cancellation fee.
